Dry Link is the premier manufacturer of dry-disconnect (also called dry-break) hose couplings for the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and food industries. Our patented, sanitary couplings are internally polished to 20 RA mirror finish to provide a drip-tight dry-disconnect connection. Dry Link couplings have a smooth bore with no voids, dead spaces, crevices or fillers that may trap bacteria. They can be easily sanitized using steam or other methods. Choice of body materials: SS316, Hastelloy C, and Alloy 20. Choice of Seals: PTFE, Viton (FKM), EPDM and Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM, Chemraz/Kalrez). FDA and USP certification is available. Choice of end connections: Triclover, NPT, BSPP, Butt-weld, and Flanged. A mechanical interlock prevents accidental openings. Discs are closed and sealed before coupler and adapter can be separated.
